“Through this highly structured, six-week program, students learned to recognize short and long-term goals, to set short and long-term goals for themselves, to talk in front of their peers, to listen respectfully to what others had to say, to respect their family and their peers, and they learned to have respect for themselves. Many students stated that all students should be allowed to participate in the IAMME Program for Teens.
As the curriculum supervisor for Business Technologies and Workforce Education, I am currently providing district funds for the IAMME Program for Teens in Business, Deversified Technology, and Marketing education classes in high schools throughout the district. The teachers whose classes are participating in the program relay positive feedback regarding the program and desire Frank to return to their classrooms year after year.
I am honored to know Frank Mathias, and feel fortunate to offer the IAMME Program for Teens to the students in Pinellas County”

“The [IAMME] program provides insight to building self esteem, understanding how students react, and learning more about each other. I have seen students participate in activities I never thought they would have. If you have never seen Frank Mathias in action, you are truly missing out. I encourage you to take time to visit one of his sessions, talk to the students he works with and provide support to continue this program.”

“Mr. Frank Mathias and the IAMME program has been an integral part of my curriculum for at least the last 12 years…. The content of the IAMME program reinforces so many valuable goal, principles, and values for being a successful and happy person in today’s world.
It is so rewarding for me to see my students become more positive, take responsibility, and feel a heightened sense of self-esteem and confidence. Mr. Mathias and the IAMME program he represents have the ability to positively affect the minds and heart of our young people. I hope our school systems will continue to enjoy this program that is making such a positive difference in our lives.”
